Event Idea Hub shares ideas, tips and inspiration for birthdays, reunions, corporate events, community gatherings, holidays and school events. We want this site to be useful, but please read this page before you rely on anything you find here.

General Information, Not Professional Advice

Everything on Event Idea Hub is general information for planning inspiration. It isn’t legal, financial, medical, safety or professional event-planning advice. Cost estimates, vendor suggestions and timelines are rough guides only. Prices change, businesses close and every event is different, so we can’t guarantee any cost, vendor, result or level of safety.

Check Local Rules, Venues and Allergies

Before you book or buy anything, check the details that apply to your event. That includes local laws and permits, venue rules, capacity limits, insurance, alcohol regulations and fire safety. If you’re serving food, ask guests about allergies and dietary needs. For activities involving children, physical activity, fire, water or animals, use common sense and proper supervision. You are responsible for how you use the ideas on this site.

External Links

Some posts link to other websites, products or services we think you might find helpful. A link isn’t an endorsement. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices or availability.

Advertising, Sponsored and Affiliate Content

Event Idea Hub is free to read because it’s supported by advertising. We use, or may apply to use, Google AdSense, which can show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. We also publish sponsored posts, and we may use affiliate links in the future. With an affiliate link, we may earn a small commission if you buy something, at no extra cost to you.

In line with the US Federal Trade Commission’s guidance on endorsements, we clearly label sponsored posts and affiliate links. Being paid never changes our honest opinion, and we only recommend things we believe are worth your time.

Many images on this site come from Magnific (formerly Freepik) under its free licence and are credited “Designed by Magnific”. Those images belong to their creators. Unless we say otherwise, the written content on Event Idea Hub is our own and may not be copied or republished without permission. Short quotes with a link back to the original post are welcome. If you believe something here uses your work without proper credit, please get in touch and we’ll fix it quickly.

Errors and Omissions

We try hard to keep our posts accurate and up to date, but mistakes happen and information can go out of date. Event Idea Hub isn’t liable for any errors, omissions, or loss or damage that comes from using this site. If you spot something wrong, please let us know.
